Cold-Water Recirculation
Stabilized process cooling through closed-loop recirculation and coordinated mechanical, control and instrumentation interfaces.
Approach
- Coordinated a buffer tank, secondary pumps, bypass control and plate-and-frame heat exchange.
- Integrated VFDs, PLC PID control, SCADA, RTDs, flowmeters and pressure transmitters.
- Linked temperature stability with process-cooling needs.
Findings & Context
- The source records reduced temperature fluctuation from approximately ±3°F to ±0.5°F.
- This result is distinct from the cooling retrofit. It is a supporting project case outside the 42-project core inventory.
Bulk-Drumming CIP Chemical Safety Cage
Developed a safety business case and physical scope to separate stored cleaning chemicals from forklift traffic in a bulk-drumming warehouse.
Approach
- Defined a 10 ft × 16 ft enclosed chemical area with gates, piping, shutoff manifold, removable hoses and PPE storage.
- Compared vendor alternatives and included contingency in the funding case.
- Linked the scope to the source asset-capitalization record.
Findings & Context
- The project record gives a placed-in-service date of October 1, 2022.
- The source identifies as author/project lead and requester. Blank signatory fields limit what can be said about recorded approvals or final acceptance.
- These source records add detail to the public portfolio and are separate from the 42-project core inventory.
Bulk-Drumming Pasteurization and Thermal-Optimization Studies
Developed and reviewed source-supported AFE, heat-exchange, thermal-control and optimization work for bulk-drumming pasteurization at the facility.
Approach
- The 200 HP AFE initiation record identifies and covers boiler/hot-water equipment, primary and recovery exchangers, piping, electrical work, sensors and control valves.
- A separate later optimization scope considered insulation, regenerative heat recovery, supplementary exchange and automated temperature control.
- Compared vendor alternatives, equipment interfaces, thermal demand, phasing and operating constraints.
Findings & Context
- Defined the 110 GPM product-heating design basis and coordinated the capital justification.
- The later optimization study targeted an increase from 22 to 44 GPM. A separate analysis referenced a 55 GPM objective; conflicting thermal arithmetic is not presented as verified performance.
- Vendor drawings and design data retain their authorship; the source does not establish final construction, acceptance or achieved throughput. The dated source studies are not used to alter the controlled employment chronology.
Compute, GPU and High-Performance Infrastructure
Connects high-performance networking, GPU/server specification and enterprise infrastructure with practical engineering and lifecycle support.
Approach
- Designed and implemented EDR/HDR/NDR-class InfiniBand infrastructure through post-turnover support.
- Scoped, installed, implemented and supported enterprise server, processor and compute platforms.
- Applied GPU investment planning and Windows Server infrastructure scope definition.
Findings & Context
- Documented experience spans PowerEdge, ProLiant, ThinkSystem, UCS and other enterprise server platforms.
- This transferable infrastructure experience is separate from direct data-center building construction; no client, employer attribution or deployment value is asserted.
Parcel-Service Final-Sort and Layout Study
Applied work sampling, labor standards, process mapping and facility-layout modeling to a final-sort operation.
Approach
- Compared worker–machine alternatives and manual-to-automation options.
- Connected travel distance, labor standards and layout with operating decisions.
- Evaluated a future layout against a modeled baseline.
Findings & Context
- The model indicated a 75% reduction in round-trip distance.
- The source supports analytical and layout work; it does not establish an implemented construction project, employment dates or a formal title.
Theme-Park Operator Bus-Optimization Capstone
Developed an academic transportation-planning capstone around a deterministic network-flow and AMPL model, using AI-assisted planning and evidence review.
Approach
- Benchmarked the proposal against four exemplars.
- Developed objectives, methods, data needs, back-testing, stress tests, roles and success criteria.
- Reviewed selected scenarios, sensitivity breakpoints and visualization outputs.
Findings & Context
- Three selected scenarios each contained 1,122 route-period rows, with 100% trip-feasibility matching and zero recorded demand, departure, feasibility, bus and driver-identity mismatches.
- Inventoried 1,546 chart records.
- A documented baseline-source limitation remains part of the study.
Manufacturing Production-Rate Analysis
Performed a production-rate study for a private-sector manufacturer working in a defense-related setting.
Approach
- Evaluated data quality before interpreting performance differences.
- Used ANOVA, regression diagnostics and Tukey HSD comparisons.
- Developed experiment-design recommendations and limitations.
Findings & Context
- Produced statistical decision support and recommendations for a more defensible production-rate comparison.
- The organization remains unnamed; this case does not imply a government role, personal clearance or an established employment relationship.
Intelligent Transportation System Architecture
Applied systems-engineering methods to intelligent transportation and traffic-control architecture.
Approach
- Structured stakeholder needs, requirements and system boundaries.
- Considered functional decomposition, interfaces and verification.
- Connected operational problems with architecture and decision criteria.
Findings & Context
- Demonstrates systems architecture and requirements reasoning.
- This is a study and capability record rather than a commissioned traffic-control installation.
SysML Translation and Conformance Quality
Directed AI-assisted development of a reusable source-to-model workflow with separate human and assistant responsibilities, deterministic validation and accountable release decisions.
Approach
- Structured 73 taxonomy rows, 29 request groups, 34 responsibility records and a 36-stage workflow.
- Used repository and formula checks, document review, reproducible hashes and archive-integrity verification.
- Preserved normative source bytes and reported missing or duplicate evidence.
Findings & Context
- The package records zero-error repository validation, formula-error-free spreadsheet controls and 43 visually reviewed guide pages.
- A related audit deliberately returned a failure when required evidence was incomplete, retaining human approval for release, architecture and risk.
Engineering Evidence Reconstruction and Verification
Directed human-supervised AI review and deterministic checks to reconstruct and verify a complex engineering evidence collection.
Approach
- Organized source inventories, identities, lineage, claims and limitations.
- Used deterministic extraction, deduplication, hashes and archive checks.
- Connected recovered evidence to project, lifecycle and attribution boundaries.
Findings & Context
- The source records 474,672 evidence records, 614/614 document identity/hash checks and 18 passing checks.
- These counts describe evidence-processing and verification coverage, rather than authored engineering designs or field installations.

- Defined turbidity, solids-concentration and wine-loss evaluation.
- Compared capital cost, maintenance intervals and supplier support.
Findings & Context
- The source comparison estimated a 50–75% capital-cost advantage versus separator-style centrifuges and four-to-five-times longer rebuild intervals.
- Those are supplier/pilot comparison estimates, not accepted permanent-system savings or sustained production results.

Connected facility-condition findings, production growth, site constraints and asset life into practical capital-planning scopes.
Approach
- Developed building-siding replacement alternatives with access, sheathing, weather-barrier and gutter scope.
- Defined warehouse roof/gutter replacement and live-plant sequencing requirements.
- Integrated growth assumptions, onsite warehousing limits and asset-condition needs into a five-year roadmap.
Findings & Context
- Roof-scope records include approximately 31,200 sq ft and 1,000 linear ft of gutters/downspouts, with a 60-day schedule basis.
- These are scope and planning quantities, not claims that the complete building-envelope work was installed or accepted.
