Technical scope and recorded applications

Wastewater, Recovery and Environmental Systems

Process-side separation and recovery reduced product loss and the load reaching wastewater. Environmental work also included runoff and sediment control, vapor exposure mitigation and acetator emissions capture. Connected these requirements with production continuity, equipment interfaces and maintainable safeguards.

Applied Activities

Electrical Power and Hazardous-Area Interfaces

Coordinated service capacity, distribution equipment, grounding, conduit, MCC connections, standby power and automatic transfer interfaces. Hazardous-area wiring and heat-trace requirements formed part of process-area electrical design. Utility coordination and energization readiness connected infrastructure planning with safe field execution.

Applied Activities

Acetation, Fermentation and Process Support

Biological production depends on coordinated air, cooling, nutrients, transfer and environmental controls. Aligned vessel and support-system changes with upstream and downstream capacity, maintenance access, instrumentation and startup requirements. That integration connected process expansion with the plant's ability to operate it reliably.
