Line 1 Mixer Bottle Conversion to 28 mm PCO

Owned the full lifecycle of this project, connecting capital planning, engineering, delivery and operating readiness. A supplier-driven bottle change affected more than the container itself. Mold availability, neck support, bottle handling and capper geometry all had to be ready together to protect continuing production.

The Operating Context

Operating Context

A supplier-driven bottle change affected more than the container itself. Mold availability, neck support, bottle handling and capper geometry all had to be ready together to protect continuing production.

Managed mold sourcing and lead times, aligned the change parts with the 28 mm finish, and planned changeover readiness across procurement, product development and operations. The project connected packaging availability with the physical interfaces needed to run the replacement bottle.
