Why the Work Mattered

Purpose and Operating Need

Scoped to deliver 225-550 BPM capacity for large-format SKUs with coordinated utilities and controls.

Engineering Approach

Engineering Approach

Engineering scope: Bottling & Packaging Systems, Electrical Power Distribution, Safety Circuit Design.

Outcome & Engineering Context

Outcome and Context

The $5.3M primary-site scope used an approximately 225–550 BPM design-capacity range. Planning models included 183 hours/year of changeover reduction, 5.5% OEE recovery and approximately $135,000 per year in modeled labor-cost reduction. These remain planning/model outputs. The facility plan considered 11,500 sq ft of warehouse reuse and a projected 85 pallets/hour.

  • Project Ownership

    Full lifecycle project ownership

Owned the full project lifecycle: capital planning and prioritization, need definition, feasibility and scope development, engineering and AFE justification, procurement and vendor coordination, construction sequencing and field oversight, commissioning, turnover, and post-startup support. Connected operating requirements with technical scope, funding decisions, execution readiness, and the needs of operations and maintenance.

Project ownership and delivery context

Owned the full project lifecycle: capital planning and prioritization, need definition, feasibility and scope development, engineering and AFE justification, procurement and vendor coordination, construction sequencing and field oversight, commissioning, turnover, and post-startup support. Connected operating requirements with technical scope, funding decisions, execution readiness, and the needs of operations and maintenance.

Developed the line scope around equipment, pasteurization, utility and electrical interfaces. Used takt, FIFO, OEE and labor modeling to connect equipment choices with production demand, while construction sequencing, safety circuits and startup planning tied the design to live-plant execution.
